At Titan Press, we take pride in building equipment that lasts a lifetime. Our manual press machines and paper cutters are crafted from premium, heavy-duty metal parts — and we stand behind every one with our Lifetime Warranty.

What’s Covered

Your Titan Press machine is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If any covered part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it at no cost. If a repair is not possible, we will replace your product with the same or a comparable model.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not apply to:
 • Normal wear and tear from regular use
 • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper operation
 • Damage caused by lack of required maintenance
 • Repairs, modifications, or part replacements by anyone not authorized by Titan Press

Maintenance Note

To keep your Titan Press machine in top condition, follow our recommended maintenance schedule. Routine maintenance is not covered by this warranty.

Making a Claim

If you experience an issue covered under this warranty, please contact our customer service team. We’ll ask for your proof of purchase, product details, and may request photos or an inspection to confirm the issue. Shipping costs may apply.

Transferability

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Governing Law

This warranty is offered in the USA and is governed by the laws of the state in which the original purchase was made.
