Shipping
Your order will be shipped according to the Delivery slot that you had at the time of your order.
Delivery takes about 5-7 days for the USA and 7-14 days for other countries.

The free shipping does not include customs duties or import fees. We recommend reaching out to your local customs to find out about the fees.
Warranty and Returns
We offer a 1-year warranty against defects on all of our button machines.
We accept returns for a 15% restock fee within 90 days from delivering the equipment. Returns over 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
Once your equipment is delivered, we will examine it and issue a refund for the equipment cost minus 15% restocking fee. We do not refund the shipping cost.
If the machine requires maintenance or repairs, we will notify you about the cost and deduct that from the refundable amount.
The customer covers the shipping cost to send the equipment back to us.
Contact us as soon as possible if you consider canceling your order.
Orders will be canceled and refunded in full if canceled within 3 days (72 hours) from the order placement.
Orders canceled after that period will incur a 3% cancellation fee.
