Shipping
Your order will be shipped according to the Delivery slot that you had at the time of your order.
Delivery date will be provided once your order is processed and shipped and usually it takes up to one week to deliver.

No, you don’t! We ship locally from our Australian warehouse, so there are no customs fees or import duties for Australian customers. You’ll receive your order without any additional charges beyond what you see at checkout.
Warranty and Returns
We proudly offer a Lifetime Warranty on every Titan Press machine.
Our presses and cutters are built from heavy-duty metal parts and made to last for generations. If your machine ever has a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair it or replace it — for life. With proper care and maintenance, your Titan Press will be your trusted partner for years to come. (Normal wear and tear, misuse, and lack of maintenance are not covered.)

We accept returns for a 15% restock fee within 30 days from delivering the equipment. Returns over 30 days are eligible for store credit only.
Once your equipment is delivered, we will examine it and issue a refund for the equipment cost minus 15% restocking fee. We do not refund the shipping cost.
If the machine requires maintenance or repairs, we will notify you about the cost and deduct that from the refundable amount.
The customer covers the shipping cost to send the equipment back to us.
Contact us as soon as possible if you consider canceling your order.
Orders will be canceled and refunded in full if canceled within 3 days (72 hours) from the order placement.
Orders canceled after that period will incur a 3% cancellation fee.
